I had the honor of writing the blurb for Don Beukes’ new book, Sic Transit Gloria Mundi. The collection features beautiful cover art by Janine Pickett. Copies are available through Concrete Mist Press at the link below…

Poet, playwright, and stage director, Carol Welter returned to the program to discuss the exciting projects she’s been working on of late.
I also played a new musical collaboration with Elize Kaisser that features my poem “Headlight Fever” set to her original music. A bit of soapbox ranting was mixed into the opening segment as usual.

Big thank you to Gitima Deka for inviting me to recite her poem “The Common Mass” to be used in a video. The final version of the collaboration turned out great with sound and production by Jiabul Hoque. Check it out here on YouTube…
Thank you to Dagmara K. at Spillwords Press for publishing my poem “Manic Adoration” recently. That piece can be read here…
I’m excited to share a second musical collaboration with Elize Kaisser. My poem “Headlight Fever” is set to her music and production here on YouTube…

I’m excited to share the results of an inspiring collaboration I was fortunate to be a part of recently. My reading of “It’s a Matter of Record/Opinion” has been taken to an entirely different level through the original music and production of Elizabeth Hélia Kaisser. I couldn’t be happier with the work she did on this new track that can be listened to here on YouTube…
This week’s episode of Songs of Selah features a conversation with Beverly M. Collins who joined the program to discuss her work and read several poems from her collection, Mud in Magic.
I also premiered the new production of my poem “It’s a Matter of Record/Opinion” with music from Elize Kaisser.
Episode 130 can be listened to at the link below (thank you for checking it out and helping to spread the word)…
